PICK UP INTERNATIONAL/Domestic AIRPORT(Experience tells us it is NEVER easy at the airport)

ESSENTIAL:

WE NEED YOUR FLIGHT NUMBER So that we can check the arrival ONLINE – This is VERY important as flights are often delayed and some are early.

  1. Lee will go to the exit area of the international/Domestic Airport – meet and greet – then escort you to our car.

  2. SHE IS “USUALLY” HOLDING A SIGN WITH YOUR NAME(s) ON IT.

  3. INTERNATIONAL: We will arrive there NO EARLIER than 40 minutes after your plane lands. This will give you plenty of time to collect bags and navigate immigration and customs. We cannot park there, but, we CAN pick up there. The 40 minutes “after the plane lands”, will mean that some people will be waiting a short time. Other people will, for whatever reason have a delayed exit.

  4. Mal will be circling the airport – average about 5-6 times….

  5. DOMESTIC: We will arrive there NO EARLIER than 15 minutes after your plane lands. We cannot park there, but, we CAN pick up there. The 15 minutes “after the plane lands”, will mean that some people will be waiting a short time. Other people will, for whatever reason have a delayed exit.

  6. Of course we cannot wait here for ever, if after 90 minutes of your plane landing, we have NOT heard from you – we will go home and await contact from you.



It will be good if we can exchange pictures and get your telephone number (if you have one).

An SMS is inexpensive, even on most roaming plans. PLEASE try and contact us if you are delayed.

There MAY be times we cannot pick you up!! (Not happened yet). Occasionally someone arrives at an extremely late or early flight OR arrives during morning/evening peak hour. It is actually quicker to make your way here by yourself.
